Everyone gets depressed once in a while. But if we are in the bad mood for a long time, we may get depression. Moreover, we will lose our energy and motivation toward life and become unwilling to do anything. Therefore, it is important to keep the depression away from us when we are sorrowful, sad or frustrated.
Whenever I fell down, I like to listen to the music and do tap dancing. Because music can soothe my mind and inspire me by its beautiful rhythm and lyrics. I’m always soaked in music when I get depressed. As for tap dancing, I enjoy the feeling of sweating when I dance. Besides, every step I make will make me feel that I kick out my bad emotion. Hence, I’d like to listen to the music ant do tap dancing to turn my brain’s emotion channel to a happy one.
Exercise is an awesome way to make you feel better because of the chemicals it releases. But also because it makes you feel better about yourself, and gives you time to relax your mind.
