Dear manager,

    I’m a customer of this restaurant.Initially, I was very glad to have delicious meals here with high expection. Because newspaper said that this restaurant has a good reputation for delicate Greek cuisine, I thought I would have good experience of dining. Actually it’s totally the opposite. I found that the food I ate was not fresh at all. The fish I ate was so disgusting that I couldn’t finish eating it. Moreover, the waiter was not kind to me when I asked him for another clear spoon. He had an arrogant attitude toward me and looked at me as if I had been a trouble maker.I was in no mood to have dessert after finishing the main dish.

    If you want to keep the good fame, I advise you to improve this service and overall quality. You should check the ingredients to know whether they are fresh. The waiters and waitress should be trained stricktly to give the best service to customers. Otherwise, this restaurant might soon close down as a result of bad food and service. Please keep an eye on this problem. I hope you are a person who really cares about the feeling of costumers and quality of eating.
